He leverages design-thinking methodologies to identify effective strategies, and collaborates with diverse teams to create and evolve any digital user experience from the ground up — from heuristic analysis and qualitative user research, through interface design, prototyping, usability testing, branding, delivery, quality assurance, and process improvement.
